Based on your company’s job position locations, you should contact one of our employment counselors for that region of the state. They will discuss with you in detail the positions that your company is trying to fill. After your discussion, you should send all of your available positions and any point of contact associated with the position to the counselor. Our counselor will then look at their candidate database to find the best candidate that meets the job requirements. *Be advised* Our counselors may not have a candidate that meets your company’s job posting upon initial contact but keep your POC for the Employment Center updated of any new positions because they may have a viable candidate available in the future.
